Volume was 89.16 million shares traded, with foreigners accounting for 7.8% of that volume, the stock market operator said. They were net buyers of 535,400 shares in Sudico, 358,050 shares in Vincom and 224,960 shares in Pha Lai Power. Foreign investors were net buyers of VND2.265 trillion of Vietnamese stocks in April, compared with VND590 billion in March. He said the two countries expect to take the opportunity to further strengthen political mutual trust, consolidate traditional friendship, boost reciprocal cooperation, and properly address sensitive issues. Thats because they really didnt expect that kind of response right away.They were not prepared. I ordered a bunch for myself and my family members.They had alot of back orders going on.It took about a week but I did get it. I figured they were overwelmed with orders,because I received a double order too.But I figured that was a blessing in disguise so I took it anyway. Thats probably because of the USD value. Here is what Dinar Trade sent me when the Dinar RV`s Cash in#3.txt

Last month they said when it RV`s they`ll buy back at $150.00 per 1 Million Dinar.Now its $880.00. Thats a big hike. Somethings around the bend.Ali must know its gonna hit soon,and big.

The way I understood it. When they come out of chapter 7,they have to RI to prewar first.

I have been buying from Dinar Trade with excellent service. A little more reasonable than the other guys.
