Newspaper: Visit engineer for Mahmoud al-Amiri was designed to deliver a message from Iran that the recent "red line"

After pressure to prevent the prosecution of former Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki accused of responsibility for the fall of Mosul, however, the organization Daash.
