Warka in Lebanon

So after the RV, can I go to the Warka branch in Lebanon and make a withdrawal? ?

If you can, I think I will go to Jordan to take out some of my money. I've always kinda wanted to go there....

Absolutely, heck Hollywood actully goes to Jordan to make movies. So far the ISIL hasn't invaded them yet...

I wonder if we will be able to transfer funds from Warka in Iraq to a bank in Dubai???

Maybe with the emergence of the government, things will change with the banking industry and we will be able to wire our money out.  It would be the best monies to use because it is transparent to the USA and Uncle Sam. Spend it and protect everything else.

If Warka would come back on-line an answer a email we could ask them some of these questions. I have a Master Card from them I got back in 2009 but it doesn't work anymore either. This was going to be one vehicle for me getting money out of my account.
