What I want to know is why these Experts never , ever ,EVER say "Raise the exchange rate" reduce the amount of Dinar in circulation ect. ALL these experts seem to be saying that the ONLY option for the Dinar is to LOP ,NONE of them are even suggesting any other POSSIBILITY.
