 Baghdad / WAP / predicted Kurdistan Alliance MP Qassem Mohammed not to vote on the budget in a session of the House of Representatives for the day.

The news agency said Baghdad International / WAP / day, that "the political blocs have not agreed so far on the subject of entitlements oil companies operating in the region."

He added, that "the Kurds have reduced this ratio from 4 billion to two billion, but a coalition of state law not approved as well." / Finished 8

THAT SHOULD DO IT  FOR THEM  at least they are talking billion instead of trillion.. that trillion made me think for sure they were using the old rates .. i hope that means billion dinars .. and not billion dollars .. they been crying over 4 trillion  dinars  for a week or two .. if its billion dinars  that  would mean they changed their exchange rate .

You're right , they were asking 4.2 trillion and the goverment said 2.6 trillion. That what was being reported
