Hello

I am confused i open up a warka account a couple weeks ago..i send all my money to my usd savings accounts.. do i have to send it into my iqd acccount in order to have iqd or how does that work..i cant see my online information yet since they didnt send my the login information yet.

After wiring the money you need to send an email telling them what to do with it, I used this format and it worked well. Keep in mind they move VERY slowly so don't expect a response right away. Hope this helps!

I sent my first amount to the dollar account and emailed them to transfer to the IQD.

The second time, I used my IQD account number instead and it went direclty to my IQD account.

It took me two months of repeated emails to get my log on info. Others had faster turn arounds. Go figure! But I had best luck by copying Mr. Issa on all my emails that I followed up with.
