Sorry but this isn't really out of the norm. Jan 2010 it was a little over $290 mil, and this last May it was over $278 mil. I did see that in early 2009 it was over a staggering $330 mil! Don't look into it too much as we've seen it before although the signs from everything else does make it look good.
