A parliamentary source said yesterday, Wednesday (5 october 2011), that the House of Representatives will discuss at its meeting for the 35 legislative year the second to be held today (Thursday), the second reading of the law of the strategic policy, and the agenda of the meeting, however, did not include this item.

The House of Representatives voted 11, last August, during its session the 19-second general, in principle, to the law of the higher strategic policy, following the completion of the first reading, as a condition of the political blocs not to oppose the texts of the constitution of Iraq.

I feel sorry for the people of Iraq, for they have no leadership that cares for them....Too bad the govt only has the balls to postpone all the votes, and readings, but have the audasity to point the finger at one another, instead of having the gall to get something done....what a bunch of chodes...
