First it will have to be internationally recognized and tradable on forex for banks to even deal with it. If its not, then its going to be tough two find a bank that will even entertain the Dinar.

if we are not in Iraq we will not be able to do that, from what is being said, but then that wouldn't make any sense, international currency exchanges would at that time only sell you low denominations if you were traveling to Iraq so what do that mean?
