Maybe instead of it RVing all at once, they're going to just drop it in increments, say start out small and gradually increase it as they go along and monitor the market reaction. ie, 30 for 2 weeks, 50 for 3 weeks, 75 for 3 weeks, 150 for 3 weeks, 300 for 3 weeks, etc...

They will RV when they run out of excuses. Folks we are dealing with Bankers and Politicions which have never been proven , dependable, profitable, or truthful. Now I really hope someone proves me wrong. Go RV

What you are missing is that normally these numbers jump back up to the normal rate, but for the last week they have been staying in the 30's and 40's, instead of the 60's and 70's.

My problem with this is that it doesn't matter as long as the rate is set at a certain price... It's not like you can just trade up right now
