k98nights Posted June 24, 2011 Report Share Posted June 24, 2011 27 arrested on terrorist and criminal charges 6/24/2011 11:07 AM DIALA / Aswat al-Iraq: Security sources in Diala province said that 27 wanted persons were arrested in three different sites throughout the province during security raids. The sources told Aswat al-Iraq that police sources were able to arrest them yesterday (Thursday), some for terrorist and criminal charges. The raid sites were in Baquuba, Khalis, and Miqdadiyah areas. "Most of the arrested were al-Qaeda organization members who are involved in killing and deportation," the source added. Baquuba city, center of Diala province, lies 57 km north east of Baghdad.
