k98nights
Khizaii: Qaeda members not excluded in Iraq reconciliation Friday, June 10, 2011 17:13 GMT The State Ministry for national reconciliation announced on Wednesday that Al Qaeda members are not excluded from reconciliation. Iraq’s 2003 incidents justify the involvement of Iraqis in armed groups, the ministry said stressing the necessity not to be implicated in Iraqi killings. National reconciliation includes those who have no arrest warrants on their records, national reconciliation minister Amer Al Khizaii told Alsumarianews. “Al Qaeda affiliation is not a hindrance before reconciliation. Iraq’s 2003 incidents justify the involvement of Iraqis in armed groups”, he said. “Reconciliation does not include those implicated in Iraqis killings. They should be tried”, Al Khizaii said. “The Reconciliation is open because it is a culture that renounces violence and calls for forgiveness among Iraqis”, he added. http://www.alsumaria.tv/en/Iraq-News/1-65113-Khizaii%3A-Qaeda-members-not-excluded-in-Iraq-reconciliation.html
