The good news is that there still appears to be some dissension within the CBI as to whether "raising the three zeroes" (whatever that really means!) is a good idea. I have to admit, though, that the more they talk about this, the more it sounds like an RD followed by an RV, as opposed to a straight RV. The key will be to have access to the legislation itself, so we can see what the language really means. Hope it means they will execute a straight RV. GO RV!
