I have heard the rate can only change up or down no more or less than 2% in a 90-day period...any one else hear that?

I thought it was a law that states the value cannot rise over 2% every 90 days.

Take calendars for the next 5 years showing all 365 days. Hang them on the wall in your garage. Grab a dart and a blindfold. Start with the blindfold. One secured toss dart at the wall. Hopefully, the dart hit one of the calendars. THE RV DATE is where the dart lands.. As accurate as anyone's INTEL.
