My friend Alyssa Died peacefully today in the hospital. She has been battling a rare form of cancer called Angio Sarcoma for the past 2 years. If you want to donate to help other cancer patients with rare cancer please click on the link below. She was an amazing special ed teacher who was inspiring to all of her students and co-workers.

I've been following your thread for a couple days now. I'm truly sorry for your loss friend, be happy for the young lady. God always seems to choose the cream of the crop first. The rest of us have to work a little harder. If Alyssa ever had a true friend in her life, it's you! That's something to feel good about.

The loss of this courageous young woman does indeed strike close to home- Deer Park is just down the road from me. I would encourage all to donate time, effort and even dinars to help fight this disease. Last week I gave all my hair (what's left of it) in a St.Baldricks headshaving event to raise money for childhood cancer research. Together we can win this battle!
