VIP Sign Up Error Message

I am trying to sign-up for VIP and keep getting the error message below.

The error occurs before the payment screen.

Error Message:

The following errors have occurred.

(99) This transaction cannot be accepted.

i also have been trying to sign up for the 3mth subscription and i continue to get the same message. what do i do?

I was having the same problem.....had to use a link Adam had provided when someone asked a question about paying for a family members VIP. That was the only way it would work. Someone had suggested logging off and signing back in, but after 3-4 attempts at doing that, I had the same error message. I'm sorry, but I don't know the link....go back through some of the questions or search for topic about signing up family with VIP.
