Why is the budget being past important?

I am still some what new to Dinar and figuring it all out. Why is the budget being past in Iraq today important for us the investors? Does this give evidence of the RV happening sooner than later?

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but, ----Passing the budget means they will be operating off their own money the dinar, where as now they are operating off the us dollar.

I think it's funny that people like you consider "bashers" to be those speaking against the possibility of a high RV, when you are clearly a "basher" yourself...I also wasn't surprised to see that Sonny 1 was the first to thank you for your post.
