I think the time frame has decreased because the pumpers know we are close and that is could happen any day so they are using shorter time lines to try and sell more. If you were in their position would you not try and market as much as you could. You make profit off selling, off buying and then when they trade back to Iraq. If I was in their position I would try every ploy possible.
