To the right of the 25000 it says "IQD" and if you notice it is in a grey font. This is a default title for the box where seller puts his price and lower down on the screen his tells us it is in USD, "25000 دولار". Also if you look at the other ads some are in millions of dinar. I would not get to excited about this.
