Wish I could help you upgradeable, however, I have heard it and read it somewhere over the months. It is probably the same people that said this and that, which never occurred. It would make sense to disrupt speculation on buying more dinar, but then again, the CBI, banks cash every time they sell, so who knows? Not me, I am just a speck of dust in this whole thing!

People, including myself, have said this for years. Its common sense really. Why telegraph to the world you are about to revalue your currency? That would open the door to a whole new demographic. When it happens, it happens and anyone can read into anything. You are bound to see whatever you want to see in everything they do. Why wait for it, it will come to you in due time.

IMHO,

Information runs rampant for a few days, followed by information to redact, correct, nullify, the previous information thus developing a smoke screen. Then there is some factual information put out suplimented with rumors and/or speculation. Finally, every thing goes quiet and you could hear a rat piss on cotton. That's the typical news cycle that I've picked up on. Sometimes the cycle runs faster or slower but it always runs. Humans, being creatures of habit, set patterns. Always have and always will, it's in our nature to do so. I would recommend looking at the patterns of previous significant events to draw some formulation to develop any future assessments of the country but always give room for error (MURPHY). Damn those logic courses in college!!! I've gotten pretty good at guessing but I wind up second guessing myself just when I thought I figured it out.... Please do not hang the title of "guru" around my neck, it fits more like a noose than it does a medal and I like it not. Wise person once said, "There are no such things as experts, only varying degrees of ignorance".
