I thought that new reporters have recently been blocked by the parliment so I dont know whether the news annoucment in this post is true or not or whether they want to keep the calm for a bit.

Who know?

Sooner or later the RV is going to happen and has to happen soon and the Iraqi can not start a new government or start it's country progress with the current value of their currency, it just wont work.

So I believe that once the government has been announced and is fully in place then the RV will follow quickly thereafter.
