Thanks for the post. I am sitting here re-thinking this and it sounds to me that if it RVs today or tomorrow Kuwait wins and the rest of the world looses. So, if this is the way it has been from the get go why is it we are just now figuring this out? So, in order for this to benefit all of us, the entire world, do we need or should we hope to wait for the RV to happen AFTER a deal has been completed with Kuwait? And then I think, well, didn't we read that if the RV is later then Kuwait has more IQD in the bank and has more to cash in at a higher price and they still get the entire enchilada....what did I miss here?????

That's what the man said. He said Kuwait wants this to happen NOW and Kuwait is like the bully that gets his was. However for the best interest in Iraq it needs to happen later, much later. But that there is a chance it could happen by the end of the yeatr. How's that for not making sense?

Are the DFI funds seperate from Ch. VII? From what I can tell they are under this Ch. If that is true, then Ch. VII can not be completely lifted until June 2011. I think we need to look for issues resolved with Kuwait and remaining sanctions lifted. Once this is done we should see things happen at lightening speed.
