The bottom line is anything can happen in Iraq. Could a LOP happen? The possibility is there but not probable. They could also have a civil war, get attacked by Iran, GOI dissolve, and I could go on and on. Anything could happen. Do we discuss all these things? When I bought dinar they were still blowing people up almost every day. I thought if I could get 1 cent I would be doing good on this investment. No one can deny that some of the articles discuss a LOP situation. From all the ones I have seen you will break even. I think all aspects of this investment should be discussed. I have discussed, researched, and worried a bout a LOP. If I really believed in a LOP the last place I would be would be on this forum. I would find other ways to triple my money. I think it is funny that you keep rehashing what a LOP is, Keep...... We all know what it is and so does BL. I am not sure what you are trying to prove. You are beating a dead horse. A RD is not the same as a LOP. In a lot of cases and probably most cases a RD is used in a LOP scenario. It means to switch to a new currency from the old. When countries form a monetary union, redenomination may be required. The conversion ratio is often not a round number, and may be less than 1. My point is and this will be the last time I post about this subject. Many people on here are in dire straights in their lives. Some will read the LOP talk and sell their dinar. Honestly, if I had not of done my own research on it I would have done the same. This investment gives hope to a lot of people. It is a good sound investment. If you do not believe that, then it may be time to just either stick it in a shoe box and forget it or sell it and move on. There has been no example of a LOP and then it going triple in value overnight, if you want to get technical. Your chances of being able to triple your investment are slim to none any time soon if you are thinking a LOP will do that. A LOP will surely set them back and they will be struggling to rebuild their country if they cut their money supply that much. For those who think that this is a great investment and will see a large return, then I encourage you to hang in there!!! I am not one to spread rumors or to make people think this is going to rv tomorrow, but I do know enough to say that we will see this in the near future.

I never said LOP talk. Read my post again. I am not one who says rv tomorrow so I am not sure what you mean and people who believe that, well that is their business. All I know is this, if people on here really believe there is going to be a LOP then why in the world are they here? That makes NO sense to me what so ever unless they just like to argue on forums and have no life! To me that would be such a waist of time and energy. If you take the articles literal then the 1000 will be worth 1 dinar and you will break even. I think I would move on to another investment.

Some of these articles are very confusing and to be honest I think some do refer to a LOP but not all do. Bond Lady made some very valid points on why this can not LOP. Many people who have been in this investment for years heard Bush say that this war will pay for itself and that we would be in the black with our debt situation. Now how in the world can that happen if they LOP this currency? I was told in the very beginning of this investment that there will be some on these forums who intentionally put out false info. One seed of doubt can make a person dump their dinar. Thanks for all you bring BL. This is investment needs some good women with some good ole common sense to bring to the table.

I think you need to do a little more research my friend. They did a RD when countries switched over to the EUR. This was not a LOP. They have been telling us since last year that they are removing the 000 notes out of circulation. People are complaining about it because they have to take bags of cash to buy stuff. They use the dollar for this reason as well. So I am not sure what you are talking about and I would venture to say most on here do not as well. Nobody is denying there is LOP talk in some of the articles but not all of them are talking about a LOP. I would recommend you move on to another investment if you think they are. Some of us have been in this investment for many years and have done years of research and study. Seriously, if I felt like you I would not let the door hit me in the butt when I went to the bank and got my IQD back into dollars. No disrespect!! LOL

Some articles do outright speak about a LOP. We have been seeing these articles literally for YEARS now. There are other articles that speak about removing the 000 notes. There is a difference. Then there are some that speak about a re denomination. There are some that speak about a revalue of the exchange. If there is anyone on here who thinks there is going to be a LOP then I advise you to sell your dinar and move on to something that will make you a larger ROI. From what I know they plan to remove the 000 notes from circulation and start replacing them with the LD's and then we will see an rv. More than likely it will be around the same time. Also, you have to remember that when translating some things are lost in translation so it is impossible for us to know exactly what they mean. They could sound like they are talking about a LOP and reality they are speaking about just removing the 3 zero notes.

And why are you here? If I thought like you I would sell my dinar and move on to another investment. This forum and any research would be a complete waist of time. Most of us believe we will see a large ROI. I remember in the old days people would say there will never be an rv but will be a slow grow. What happened to all those people who felt that way? I guess they sold their dinar and moved on because we have seen 1170 for several years now. If you research wars most were funded by currency rv's. It is just a miracle that we have this opportunity.

I agree RodandStaff. Sometimes using a "stool mover" LOL will speed up ridding the toxins from the body. Dieters tea is a good one as well. The way I took it was they plan to remove the 3 zero notes and then they plan to restructure their currency or monetary policy. If you do divide the 4 trillion by the 2.8 billion you get a rate of 1.42.

I think if they have already decided to put the LD's in the bank then these MAY not have the 3 languages. It may take awhile to print those but they can use the others until the law is passed, approved or whatever. Maybe the Kurds do not like this, I am not sure. You can never make that many groups happy. This is just a scenario and may be way off base but would make some sense.

I am going to take a shot here and answer your question. For you to give this kind of intel is very unusual, so I believe you. I think that the currency that you speak about was printed awhile back. I believe the new currency that they want to pass has the Kurdish language on it and that needs to be approved in Parliament. This is a wild guess on my part but would make sense and fit your story.

Personally I have thought Maliki has delayed this for years now. He can sell oil black market, load up on dinar, and do back door deals until the rv happens. This is just an opinion and it looks to me like I may be right. Ask yourself why would they want to keep this rv away from the people???
