Dr. Sinan Al-Shabibi Bank that this year's budget investment budget because it focused on increasing the volume of investment.

Let me say that i apolgize to all for posting an old article i did not mean to mislead or make anyone mad. i was only trying to bring some hope to everyone includind myself. if i would have known that it was an old article i would have never posted it. the websit is very confusing in that all of the pages even the lastest new,s had 2005 at the bottom of page so i never stop to try and find out what the true date was i just thought that it was posted today so once again am very sorry for posting this and i promise it will not happen again .
