I believe you are correct on RV first then real soon the release of chapter 7. It makes sence to me that the IMF will keep the only ace they have left to persuade the GOI to do as the

UNSC and the IMF want. We should not forget about the timing. The CBI can operate freely from the GOI but Sahabbi has to keep the IMF and Maliki happy at the sametime. I wish him good luck with that.

Just as I am sure that the REAL decision makers keep classified information very "close to the chest", and therefore no civilian or any other person outside the clique of the inner circle would know for sure all the who, what, when and wheres to this game changing investment, I appreciate the people like you that pass on the little glimpses of tiny leaks of intel, like what you have posted. You, like many others are to be considered brave for sharing a little tidbit picked up from someone us readers will probably never meet nor have the opportunity to "interrogate' and demand to know who they think they are giving such statements of opinion that could not possibly have any substance since they are not Shabibi or the like...

I know the people that passed this on, making its way to you, are not the "Money Masters of the World" but frankly, I don't care. For me, there is no reason to doubt that the conversations transpired pretty much as you have shared, and this additional tidbit added to the other tidbits people experience and share with us causes my confidence to in this investment to grow. I happen to enjoy the emotional feeling I experience when that happens. No, I don't want to be lied to but many of the people sharing encounters with information, intel or the opinions of those in respected positions aren't fabricating stories for 15 minutes of fame, they are merely passing along the encounter that made them excited for being brave enough to invest in the IQD. Is there something wrong with that? I don't think there is anything nearly as wrong with that compared to people who love to scrutinize every syllable in someone's post to reveal an alleged fraud, as if part of some game show where they win a prize for ferreting out bs from fact.

Anyway...gee, all I really meant to say was- Thanks for sharing!
