Is it possible to still open a Warka account for USD and a second account for Dinars?

I was told by a friend that Warka Bank was only allowing Accounts for the deposit of USD.

Yes, they still open USD and IQD accounts. You cannot send dinar to them for funding the IQD account according to their website. Exchange money from your USD account to fund the IQD account.

When I tried to open an account the email kept bouncing back and stating the domain was not receiving anymore email. I did go to the site and complete it there, so only time will tell if it is accepted.

They are having a big problem with comcast domain emails. Try another domain.

Can someone also add the turnaround time for a Warka Bank accout? Is the email option better than the online option?
