National Alliance rejects charges of delay forming a government and attribute it to external intervention,

Rejected the lead in the National Alliance Btakrckil Sunday accused his coalition government, attributing it to external pressure on the prime minister in favor of certain political point.

The leader of the Supreme Council Habib Hamza Terminal Agency Kurdistan News (Akaniwz) announced today that "the National Alliance is still seeking to form a government of national partnership includes all the marginalization and said to be responsible for delaying the formation of the government means it is a democratic choice for the delay".

He added that "the biggest bloc in the House of Representatives did not identify anyone but designated by the judicial authorities, a Federal Court through the interpretation of the Constitution of Iraq, he said," Anyone who stands in front of the application of the constitutional article that is responsible for the delay in forming a government. "

He added that "there may be variation in the Asralbed of responsibility, the demands of certain leading to a delay", but he also said that "some Iraqi politicians, who clung to the roof of the offices of certain specific demands have contributed to a delay of the political process in Iraq."

He said the terminal, "We Antmany lead Altagiraly cases of frustration and resentment of ordinary Iraqis as a result of the deterioration of services and the impact of negative consequence on the security situation," emphasizing the presence of external pressures contributed to block the Iraqi political process, especially by regional states to choose a prime minister of a particular component without the other " He believed that "interventions led to the lack of consensus between political forces in Iraq and thus delay the formation of the government."

The country has a constitutional crisis as a result of stalled negotiations aimed at forming a government after nearly six months after the parliamentary elections which took place in March last year.

The process of delaying the formation of the government of concern to many Iraqis, especially with the end of combat missions for the U.S. Army, while Iraqi leaders warned of armed groups seeking to exploit the political vacuum, with a view to bring Iraq into the circle of sectarian violence, such as those experienced in 2006 and 2007.

The results of legislative elections in March resulted in the progress the Iraqi List led by Iyad Allawi, by obtaining 91 seats, followed by a list of coalition rule of law, Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki to 89 seats, National Alliance 70 seats, the Kurdistan Alliance 43 seats.

In the opinion of a coalition of Iraq as the biggest bloc that must be charged with forming a government building to achieve the highest votes in the elections held on 7 March / diamond past, in the view of state law that the interpretation of the Federal Court of Article 76 of the Constitution had given the right to block parliamentary largest after the Alliance to form government .

It's about time they start accepting the fact that it is "THEY" that have caused the delay instead of trying to blame it on the US, we've done nothing but try to assist in their speeding up the process, they're too worried about external issues and sources to care enough about their own people and what they need not to mention they're own personal gains...hopefully something will come of this shortly.

Wow.....................I know they have been stalling but nobody knows what external influences that have been forced upon the blocs from the US!!!

For instance, they want Malaki in the PM job for a second term and so on.

Who knows, we could list a multitude of concrens why the RV and Government hasn't happened and it probably all relates to kickbacks for the major countries involved in the war.
