I am sorry China has nothing to do with the US emploding in fact if it wasn't for China then the US would have been bankrupt years ago. The US citizens borrowed and begged for money to buy housing they couldn't afford to pay for and the rest of the world are paying for this miss management of banks and authorities in the US who should have been watching what was happening (US is based on GREED). Obama was put in place by the world elite (the riches bankers/oil familys in the world) to get rid of the dollar as reserve currency so they can build from the ground-up and have complete control over the US citizens. LOOK CLOSER TO HOME FOR THE ANSWERS AND YOUR ANGER!!!

If anyone believes anything spoken on these sites they need there heads testing. It would not be a surprise to me that several of the members on this site are involved in no good money making schemes but a fool with his money is soon departed. I think alot of people are reading to much in to this mumbo jumbo. This is only one person's opinion, its not official and also not given out by the government as a statement. RELAX...........Remember Iraq/UN are making this decision not the US and we will here it when they want us to hear it. The US have no control over Iraq period, whilst under chapter 7 charter UN member countries have control not just one country!. I do believe that the RUMOUR section of this forum is out of control and the people posting blatant lies need to have their accounts closed. The moderators and site owners have an obligation to protect the naive and the easily led people on all forums. One thing I have noticed is that the RUMOUR section and OPINIONS, PERSPECTIVES AND YOUR TWO CENTS ON THE IRAQ DINAR Section might as well be combined because it’s the same rubbish being posted and discussed.

Sometimes I wonder what people are on in these forums........................TIME and TIME again we get people ringing banks or forex traders to see if there is any change in the exchange rate. When and if the exchange rate changes it will be everywhere on the internet, bank website, forex, news channels and finally the CBI website!!!!!!!! STOP wasting your time and money making yourself look stupid and inept.

Just searched on BBC website absolutely no mention of Iraq RV the latest story leads with War artist draws US troops in Iraq and Afghanistan. So rumour debunked!

Don't care anymore I just want Iraq to RV and then I'm outer here for good. We have to many problems ourselves to worry about others.

I have not been on here for months now and the reason for that is all the hype and no action from the same old people that have been on here for the past year or so which were doing my head-in and by all accounts they are still at it. People do what I did take yourself away from this investment for a while have a break................YOU WON'T MISS ANYTHING BECAUSE IT WILL BE ALL OVER THE NEWS WHEN IT HAPPENS. I want this investment to happen as good as the next person and it will happen when the man/woman upstairs wants it to happen and no sooner. Think about all the time you have wasted by checking daily and listening to fools who say this week or the next, spend that time doing a sport, take the children out to the park or just have a cold beer sitting in front of the tv or with friends. CHILL and RELAX.

Seriously, I was told by highstreet bank that I could order the currency but could only pay for it when it comes in there and then. The teller gave me a guide rate but that was it, he said if they had the currency in stock then they could obviously sell me it at todays rate. I really looking for the legal ramifications to this dilema? Has a contract been made?

Thanks for replying but I was not able to lock a rate. I was told I could order but it would take 2 - 3 days and I would pay for it at the rate on that day which differs from which you are saying.

I didn't know where to post this so he goes: - If you buy from your local bank and they don't have any Iraq Dinar currency in stock and they ask if you would like to order it and you say yes. My question is if you then order the currency and the guide rate is 1170 on say Tuesday and you are to pick-up on say Friday and it RV's in the meantime what happens? Are you in a position having to buy at the new rate? Or are you able to refuse to buy? I wouldn't want to be in a position possible owing thousand or millions to the bank for the currency.

I have been having major problems with getting my money back to US from warka. I started the process 3 weeks ago by sending an email instruction along with copy of passport but as of today I have still not received my transfer in to my account. I am starting to get really worried that it might not happen, once the funds are back I am closing the accounts at Warka immediately. What if it RV's!, I am having trouble now trying to get a couple of thousand Dollars out so what would happen when you have million's I ain't hanging around to find out.........................I'll let you know when it eventually turns-up if indeed it happens.

Just one thought...............regarding the word "SCAM" by definition:- 1. A fraudulent business scheme; a swindle. 2. To defraud; swindle. 3. Rip off, fraud, trick, robbery. 4. Scamming is getting someone to pay a lot of money from a worthless item. 5. Securing Confidence by Arranged Manipulations. 6. Securing Confidence with Attractive Misrepresentations. Now I have some dinar and was I scammed in buying it NOPE! Did I buy as a possible investment YES! Did I pay more than the market rate for it YES! But you do when buying any currency so do I think I have been scammed NOPE! The "SCAM" word is used many times in the wrong way to deter people from maybe profitable investments to effect prices etc Just bear that in mind too!!!

I have just got confirmation that they are transferring my money back to my personal account. There is just to much information flying around in relation to Warka financially and I don't really see them coming out and fighting there corner which really worried me. This is just my opinion............Good Luck to you investors still with Warka and I hope it just turns out to be lies for you.

I am getting my money out ASAP, it has taken 3 days just for them to transfer funds from IQD to USD and now I am sending instructions to transfer monies back to US but don't know if I will receive them.
