REMEMBER, no one really  knows what will happen, or when.  They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq... So, take everything with a grain of salt ...  RON 

 

 

Frank26  The CBI is talking about the American dollar... Look, stop using it. If you stop using it you don't have to worry about the exchange rate of the American dollar verse the Iraqi dinar...The value of the American dollar will drop like a meteor in the ocean.  If you stop using the American dollars...the value of the dollar will go down and the value of the Iraqi dinar will go up. Common sense...! 

 

MarkZ  Article: “The Text of the Baghdad-Kurdistan agreement on the implementation of the budget.” This is a massive move forward and it looks like they have worked through the last of the HCL hold up stuff.  Money and agreements- looks like things are moving.

Head of the CBI (Alaq) is not the problem.

US sanctions on Iraq are the problem.   IMHO.
