Academic Dr. Sattar al-Bayati said: “In democratic countries, we note that one of the most important sections of the electoral programs for candidates for elections includes the economic aspect, especially what is directly related to the lives of citizens or voters such as issues of unemployment and improving the lives of the poor. Therefore, in most cases, the victory of a candidate is linked to the extent of his interest in the economic aspect Through his quest to solve the outstanding problems of interest or prejudice to people's lives, and this issue must receive attention in the subsequent stage after winning the elections for three considerations, the first of which is the direct link to the economic aspect of people's lives and livelihoods. The second is its importance for developing the country’s economy and achieving economic growth rates, and the third is to reduce the waste or depletion of resources.”

He said: “The degree of adaptation of voters can be related to the availability and structure of permanent income, and economic theory distinguishes between permanent and temporary income, and transitory randomness, in a number of classical models. And he indicated that "the transition to an active and permanent labor market can only be achieved by applying the vocabulary of good governance and by achieving human development, and that achieving this requires the partnership of the work of the institutions of religion, the state and civil society."

As for the economic affairs specialist, Haider Kazem Al-Baghdadi, he stressed that “the democratic environment must be a key to economic activity and supportive of all development trends that a rich country like Iraq aspires to, which possesses human resources that are considered the richest in the Arab world and in advanced positions internationally, in addition to natural resources, and from here it can be We are launching in cooperation with the global effort to move the country to a new stage that serves the country and international partners.”

He pointed out that “activating the laws to protect the producer and the consumer is an imperative at this important stage, for its role in moving the wheel of local production, and that whoever addresses the legislative responsibility must realize the importance of there being an integration between the financial and production sectors, and that discreet productive programs lead to enhancing confidence.” Between the Iraqi banking system and the industrial sector looking for financing to develop its performance and the joints of its work.

He cautioned that “Iraq is on the verge of a broad stage of work that requires a great integration between the productive and financing sectors, especially since the banking system has begun to realize the importance of developing the reality of payments, which requires it to communicate with what the world is witnessing and adopt it locally to serve the national economy.” 

He stressed the importance that «the next House of Representatives be a real seeker to search for realistic solutions that help get out of the economic crises faced by the various countries of the world, which is one of the priorities that it adopts in order to implement the negative influences that lead to a decline in the levels of the economy, and it is necessary to form committees. At a high level of experts and specialists in this regard and from the public and private sectors is studying the possibility of starting the treatment phase from any sector that can achieve economic feasibility quickly to reduce the effects of challenges that may face the economy in the future.
