fancy Posted July 13, 2020 Report Share Posted July 13, 2020 Good morning! Not sure if this is the right place to ask this question, but I mistakenly thought that my ACH payment for VIP was a fraud!! Of all things! The ACH has now been completed (reversed) and my payment should be up to-date now. Can someone please check on this? Such an important time and I don't want to miss out on anything!! I see in the support page that my VIP payment has been received for July, but I can't access the VIP section! Please tell me I haven't been outested from the family...especially now!!!!!!!!!!!! HELP! If we incurred a fee due to the chargeback, I'm sure you won't mind covering the fee.
