Good morning! 

Not sure if this is the right place to ask this question, but I mistakenly thought that my ACH payment for VIP was a fraud!!  Of all things!  The ACH has now been completed (reversed) and my payment should be up to-date now.  Can someone please check on this?  Such an important time and I don't want to miss out on anything!!  Thanks for all you do!

HI fancy, if you go to the "support" tab and click on that, it should show that your payment has been reflected. Every time I make a payment it always shows up there :twothumbs:

YIKES!!!!!!!!!!!!  Ok now I'm gettin' worried!  I see in the support page that my VIP payment has been received for July, but I can't access the VIP section!  Please tell me I haven't been outested from the family...especially now!!!!!!!!!!!!  HELP!  Please. Thank you!

I see you submitted a ticket - you should hear back today.

 

Don't worry, this will get taken care of quickly. If we incurred a fee due to the chargeback, I'm sure you won't mind covering the fee.
