Representative of the Al-Hikma Movement, Khaled Al-Jashmi, commented on the recent decisions of Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi, including limiting the grades for his office and forming a governmental committee to monitor the performance of conservatives.

Al-Jashmi said that the recent administrative changes by Al-Kazemi are a good step for the prime minister, indicating that former Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi changed more than three thousand special degrees and many were confirmed in their positions.

He added, that the ministers ’agents, advisors, and team leaders appointed the majority of them to the previous government without presenting them to Parliament and sent only six names, indicating during his comment on Al-Kazemi’s recent decisions to change a number of special grades that changing the proxy is better than remaining, and that investigation committees must be formed to know the good from Bad and corrupt and determine efficiency.

And a source familiar with last Thursday revealed four reasons behind the failure of the federal government and the Kurdistan Regional Government to reach a final agreement on resolving the outstanding differences.
The source, who requested not to be named, said that one of the reasons the Kurdish delegation did not reach an agreement with Baghdad is that the federal government demanded all revenues from the Kurdistan region, in exchange for paying only 453 billion dinars to the Kurdistan region. It also demanded that Baghdad open a new border crossing directly under its control. Beside the Ibrahim Al-Khalil crossing.
He added that the federal government retreated from the demand to deliver 250 thousand barrels of oil to it, and now requests the Kurdistan region to hand over all the oil revenues to it, indicating that Baghdad stipulated that the region’s share of the border crossing revenues be only 50%.
And between the KRG delegation did not accept these conditions imposed by Baghdad, said the delegation during the meetings that the Constitution grants the regions the power to develop their own fiscal policy, and did not make this the center of the authorities, and that Baghdad posed a violation of the Constitution ".anthy

The report pointed out that “many of these aircraft are on the ground at the present time due to the lack of technical support and maintenance. Recently , an Iraqi official high - level has gone so far as to say that the fleet Iraq F-16 is gone almost no longer can Iraq at the present time to continue air patrols routine carried out over the Anbar province in western Iraq , where the aircraft monitors the operations of the infiltration of elements Daesh of the border Syrian. ” Ended / 25 z

Iraqi President Barham Salih, in a speech on Tuesday, stressed the way forward in building a state of law and institutions, and controlling the fleeing weapon out of control.

In a speech on the occasion of the centenary of the country's revolution of twenty, he said: We are going to build a state that treats the world and the region as friendly countries, neither enemy nor controlling, a country that controls uncontrolled weapons and where law is the key

He also stressed the necessity of resuming what was lost in the process of building a capable, fully sovereign state capable of imposing law and fighting corruption. He pointed to the necessity of strengthening the foundations of a constitutional-based state that prevents the emergence of tyranny, which serves its people in peace and security.

This came, days after the first-of-its-kind raid carried out by the anti-terror agency last Friday morning, south of Baghdad, that led to the arrest of 14 members of the Hezbollah Brigades against the background of firing rockets towards the Green Zone and targeting foreign embassies, and planning to launch rockets towards Baghdad airport.

However, on Monday evening, Iraqi sources announced the release of the detainees, without issuing an official statement yet, while a government source told Al-Arabiya.net that 3 of the detainees are still under investigation.

The released Hezbollah operatives burned pictures of Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi, and this very loyal faction of Iran waved to pursue Al-Kazemi for the kidnapping. The leader of the "Kataeb", Abu Ali Al-Askari, stated yesterday in a tweet on Twitter: A kidnapping case will be filed against Al-Kazim.

Thanks Mary for the articles....

I'm liking this new PM better each day. Now we know why the crooked Kurds went back home all mad an sad. The GOI is basically wanting to take over Kurdistan an are in a very good place to do it. The question of the day for me is, will all the thieves in Kurdistan sacrifice the lives of their region  to continue their corruption. They are broke an can't pay the salaries of their government or the Peshmerga Army. I'm betting on they cave into the GOI demands an give them the oil so they can eat...JMHO of course

The head of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Masroor Barzani, met today, Tuesday, June 30, 2020, with a delegation of discussions with the federal government, through a closed-circuit television system (video conferencing).
A government statement stated that at the beginning of the meeting, Deputy Prime Minister Qubad Talabani highlighted the visit made by the Kurdistan Region delegation to Baghdad last week, the results of discussions with the federal government and the proposals put forward to resolve outstanding problems between the two sides.
The statement quoted Barzani as saying that the Kurdistan region will continue its discussions with Baghdad with the aim of reaching an agreement that guarantees its constitutional rights and entitlements, stressing that the Kurdistan Region is determined to defend its legitimate rights within the framework of the Iraqi constitution, and will not give them up at all.
On Tuesday, the regional government delegation, headed by Qubad Talabani, Deputy Prime Minister of the region, visited the capital Baghdad, the third of its kind, with the aim of completing previous discussions on resolving differences and outstanding issues with the federal government.
And preceded the visit of the delegation of the region’s government, a visit by the President of the Kurdistan Region, Nechirvan Barzani, in which he met the three presidencies, leaders of the forces and political parties in Baghdad.
And previously, the delegation of the regional government held two visits to the capital, Baghdad, after the previous federal government headed by Adel Abdul Mahdi stopped financing the salaries of employees and workers in the public sector in Kurdistan.
The differences and pending issues between Erbil and Baghdad are based on the region’s share of financial budgets, peshmerga dues, oil exports, and the disputed territories covered by Article 140 of the permanent Iraqi constitution.
The Kurdistan Regional Government has expressed, on numerous occasions and times, its willingness to deliver 250,000 barrels of crude oil per day in exchange for the Iraqi government’s funding of 450 billion Iraqi dinars in monthly salaries.
