Tony: We know they are redoing the budget.  They have an $18 billion deficit before they get started.  They need to borrow money from foreign countries to make up for the deficit. 15 foreign countries.

Tariffs that were to have gone into affect tomorrow, January 1, have now been moved to the first of March.  

Tony:  Maybe they are going to give people a little bit of time to get used to them or make it the 15th of January.  Depends on which way the wind is blowing with them.
