A member of the National Coalition Mohammed al-Bayati said he excludes the possibility of the existence of the political blocs in its next meeting on (Sunday) next to resolve the file nominating candidates for three positions, namely the sovereign Republic and the Presidency of the parliament and prime minister without a political agreement prior to such positions.

He said al-Bayati told a news briefing that the crisis between the political blocs is the prime ministership, which adheres to all its blocks, indicating that the political blocs to suffer from a crisis of confidence among them, as well as the failure to exercise some of the peaceful transfer of power.
