4 - To find a mechanism to allocate sufficient amounts to complete the schools of justice and the number of (17) schools and a total amount of (10.285) billion dinars. 
E - The project of national effort to cover the streets with an amount of (8) billion dinars and the Ministry of Finance settlement of materials used by the other ministries.
6 - completing the shops (209 and 217) executed by the company Taj Al-Bina with an amount of (9) billion dinars. 
7- Financing the completion of the water flowers project in the amount of (6) billion dinars as an annual allocation of the total amount of (22) billion dinars.

9- To provide an operational grant for cleaning in the district of Husseiniya in the amount of (200) million dinars per month.

Abadi: We will pay part of the salaries of employees of Kurdistan before Nawroz
 

Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi said on Tuesday that Baghdad will pay part of the salaries of employees of the Kurdistan Region before the feast of Nowruz, with the payment of the territorial government the rest.

"There is a system in the region that is different from the federal government's system of jobs," Abbadi told a weekly news conference. "We do not have numbers or information about them."

He pointed out that they seek to eliminate the duplication of employment and that there is a link between the employee and retirees who receive salaries from the social welfare network.

"The region now exports more than 300 thousand barrels per day, which is equivalent to 10% of Iraq's oil exports," he said, pointing out that Baghdad will pay part of the salaries of the region and that the territorial government to complete the rest.

The Cabinet held its regular session on Tuesday 6 March 2018 under the chairmanship of the Prime Minister Dr. Haider Abadi.

The Council of Ministers expressed its thanks and appreciation for the initiative of the King of Saudi Arabia, King Salman bin Abdul Aziz, to establish an integrated sports stadium in the capital Baghdad. The Council instructed the establishment of a committee from the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, the Ministry of Planning, the Ministry of Higher Education, Urban and Regional Planning), which will formulate the general framework for the establishment of the stadium in coordination with the Iraqi-Saudi Coordinating Council in terms of location, design and follow-up. The Committee shall present the results of its work to the Council of Ministers.
The Council of Ministers voted on the rehabilitation of services in the Husseiniya area, where the following were approved:

The draft ratification of the air services agreement between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan was voted on. 

The Council also voted to compensate for job vacancy rates, retirees and retirees of the sons of the Christian component.
The Council of Ministers discussed the plan of action for the comprehensive strategic dialogue for the development of Iraq's relations with the Gulf Cooperation Council.
