Yup, you're spot on--the CBI is the ONLY game in town.  I don't know much about all of this talk of bankruptcy in Iraq, but, in my humble, it seems the global bankers are--as is their wont, DELIBERATELY "destroying" the Iraq economy in order to gain greater and greater power over the other banks--just as they have done and continue to do here in the US and elsewhere.  Greedy bastards, indeed!  I'll throw in evil, too.
