parliamentary Finance Committee confirmed Friday that the draft federal budget law for 2015 will reach the Iraqi Council of Representatives if the stability of oil prices at the price calculated by the budget data, noting that the obstacles facing the budget had nothing to do with the Prime Minister Haidar Abadi.
