dontlop
All the Kurds got to do is present a title of ownership from the sovereign country of Iraq and they will be in the clear . It would be the same for any rogue shipments of oil , if they are accused of smuggling or theft of the oil , show legal title and it's over So what's the hold up? Kurds don't have a legal title for the oil ? I guess Baghdad oil ministry issues those This is going to have to get ugly because all the Kurds can do is lie and hide and have the ships turn off tracking devices and do off shore transfers of oil to secret buyers The entire fiasco stinks of corruption by the Kurds 1
