Dubai (WAM) - Looking economic delegation of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI) opportunities for joint cooperation with the Kurdistan region of Iraq, during a visit by the period of January 13 to 15 current, part of a strategy to expand in emerging markets and enhance the competitiveness of the business community in the emirate.

She said the aim of the visit is to introduce opportunities for joint cooperation, particularly in the fields of industry, construction, transportation, telecommunications, real estate, tourism, and agriculture.

They pointed to the room that the Kurdistan Region offers a safe and strategically to Dubai companies, taking great potential for the economy of Iraq into account, indicating that Dubai companies can strengthen links with the Kurdistan Region, the region and the use of the base for the exercise of trade and business.

She added that opportunities for cooperation and investment stands out in the areas of manufacturing, as it shows demand in Kurdistan on consumer products and products, building and construction, while witnessing cities of the region renaissance of real estate, particularly in the city of Erbil in the field of construction of housing and commercial centers, stressing that Dubai has extensive experience in this area .
