I've tried multiple times to e-mail Warka with all the paperwork attached but it comes back to me as undeliverable. I'm sending it though AOL. I've seen that others have been contacting Warka with the same request... I resent my e-mail with a signed authorization letter and a copy of my ID. Cox sent me back a notification that it was read within a few minutes of being sent... this was on Tuesday. I haven't had my password reset as of yet but I'm hoping that everything was in order and my attachments made it to them. The questions I now have for any of you.... How long did it take for them to process your request? When it is processed, will I get a confirmation e-mail? Just wondering how long should I wait before I resend my request. When it is processed, will I get a confirmation e-mail? My password has been reset. I sent my request successfully on the 9th (Tuesday) and got a confirmation e-mail back on the 14th (Sunday).
