I was watching glen beck on fox last night and he was talking about the health care plan and other things obama has done that has caused a negative effect on the country, anyways he played a tape where there was a reporter asking a woman who she voted for and why. The woman could barely speak proper english and said obama! the reporter asked why??? she said exactly this "obama gonna help us" obama gonna give us money and take care of us"...then there was a woman at the end chanting obama, obama, obama! hmmm guess who voted obama in??? celebrities and people who wanted handouts! Nice...It just angers me so much and it's really sad to see some of the things happening in our country. I am a conservative so of course I see things differently than other parties. Anyways Sorry kind of went off subject there....as far as Genx goes I completely agree with him on this! It makes perfect sense obama has played a part in delaying the dinar. Maybe some of you don't agree and think obama has had nothing to do with this, well everyone has there own opinion right? Now i really agree that the rv is closer then ever since that stupid health care bill passed and the elections being over soon!

So you believe that there is a 50% tax specifically for dinar and that our government is holding up the RV? really?... and this proclamation which was more or less washed together with GenX's disapproval of the passing of the ObamaCare bill doesn't seem suspicious. I agree with your quote, but I'm not sure where you saw anyone brainstorming as much as ranting, which I feel, seems like the motivation for the initial post.

It's bad enough that we have our occasional pumper in dinar rumor to pump dinar sales... now we're listening to rumors to pump people's political agendas.

I will always hope when people in our country talk it is not just about pumpling political agendas but more out of concern. It is a good thing when all views are aired. After all this is the American Way. The important subject here is that Congress and the President swore to protect and defend every American's Constitutaitonal Rights against foriegn and domestic enemies. As much as it pains me to say this it appears that all political parties in our country have lost their way.

At this time in our history it is important for every American to step up to the plate and take on some responsibility when it comes protecting our FREEDOM. How can we expect those that we vote into office to govern or carry our Torch of Freedom when after we elect them we then ignore them or go on our merry way enjoying life expecting them never to make mistakes.?

WELL THEY DO MAKE MISTAKES AND THEY HAVE MADE MISTAKES, BIG ONES ..ONES SO LARGE IT STAGGERs THE IMAGINATION! RR said, "There you go again, " And you my friend, what will you do about it sit there on your computer and complain about agenda pumping and bipartisanship?

I love this country and love the people because I know there is an American out there who

can protect our Constitution, our Country and our People without ravaging them physically, intellectually, spiritually and financially. Maybe it is you? Or perhaps there is another Abe Lincoln out there who works like crazy to take care of himself, feed himself and support himself; and then became the greatest leader we have ever seen in the United States.

Honest Abe, where are yoiu?

now Jac, that's something I can get my arms around. I love this country too. and we are all responsible, but I feel like we're too busy fighting each other than solving the problem. And I actually vote mostly Republican (every presidential I voted Republican) just fyi... but today I am disappointed by some of their actions... I have never seen such schoolyard actions by grown men. And as a party, I feel like we've lost our religious roots and have become greedy and inhumane. Watching that Tea Party group in Ohio ridicule a man with Parkinson's was just embarrassing... for all of us as citizens. I understand people abuse the systems, but we should be more compassionate to our brethren that are in actual need of help.

But I didn't want to get on a political soapbox. my point was that I come here for dinar rumors... and yes, I know that qualifies as a dinar rumor, but I believe there was more of a political agenda to that post than actual "intel".

And Shanny, Glenn Beck? no kidding he's going to show footage that helps his case politically. Does he show footage of the undereducated people that believed his metaphor about obamacare "death camps", are in fact literal death camps. He prays on these people and feeds off their uneducated fear as well as says off-pudding things to boost his ratings.

Unfortunately, Huckabee is not as interesting because he's actually intelligent and has rational thoughts, which is terrible for TV. I've seen Huckabee speak a few a times... I highly recommend checking him out in person.

And don't be reserved to just your side of the coin. We should all be listening to the oppositions point of you as well (and not for ways we trash it). We tend to want to kill what we don't understand instead of trying to understand and coexisting.

sorry, i'm off the box.

It's funny to see how easily people fly off the handle just based on some faceless post on here from someone we don't even know. Nobody knows what the 2010 tax rates will be because the IRS has not published them. There's no way in **** that any president can raise the top tax bracket by 8% in one year. First of all, the president can't raise your taxes, congress must do it. And even if the democrats were really intent on committing political suicide, they can't use budget reconciliation rules or any tricks to get this through like healthcare, so it would never pass both chambers. Just use common sense people. No matter who is in charge, you should be expecting to pay up to 50% in taxes if you are making millions on this deal. Between state and federal taxes, even with no tax increase, you should still be expecting that. Just pay your taxes, and use what you have left wisely and turn it into such a big fortune you will never care about taxes again.

I was with you until you said we should expect to pay 50% in taxes no matter what. I'm not sure where you are getting that number from, but it's not right.

Might need to find a better person to quote them Thomas Jefferson:

Jefferson was the first President to propose the idea of a formal Indian Removal plan. Jefferson's first promotions of Indian Removal were between 1776 and 1779, when he recommended forcing the Cherokee and Shawnee tribes to be driven out of their ancestral homelands to lands west of the Mississippi River. This was called the Trail of Tears...thousands of indian's died! and the Cherokee had to walk it in chains!

His first such act as president, was to make a deal with the state of Georgia that if Georgia were to release its legal claims to discovery in lands to the west, then the U.S. military would help forcefully expel the Cherokee people from Georgia. At the time, the Cherokee had a treaty with the United States government which guaranteed them the right to their lands, which was violated in Jefferson's deal with Georgia. Jefferson's original plan was for Natives to give up their own cultures, religions, and lifestyles in favor of western European culture, Christian religion, and a sedentary agricultural lifestyle.

After what Jefferson did to the American Indian's that were HERE first....make you wonder what's in store for the "American" people now with everybody that been elected to Washington....Jefferson or Obama...both cut from the same cloth, just be careful when the government hands you a blanket it might have small pox in it, oh wait that's the new health care bill...JMO

Your facts are true, but consider that Jefferson was giving most of America what they wanted in moving the Native Americans. It's hard to know his personal views on the situation.

The govt. is always going to get theirs. As we drift further into an entitlement state it will become worse and worse. It would not matter if we were talking about the rv or not. The middle class guy is always going to lose something in the long run. I'm not being negative just observant of what is happening. However, having said that should we see an rv one day our investments will still have paid off.

I have seen politic's from different parties standpoints and it makes me want to be more republican and more conservative than I already am! LOL...

I'm with you on that, to a point I just want our Republic back!! For those who still think we live in a democracy I weep for our public schools since they didn't teach most anything. I know I never said the pledge as for the democracy for which it stands. all the Dinar investors should start there own political party :)

This statment shows the depth of knowledge for govt. It is like me saying DARN YOU BIDEN!!! PALIN was going to be a VP not the President just so you know this.

Oh yeah has anyone seen the video of Al Sharpton saying that the people of America wanted socialism that is why they voted for Obama.

It was on the hannity program.

You're right...I have no "depth of knowledge for govt." Yeah. Oh and thanks for explaining who was running for what. I never would have known. I guess we couldn't possible attribute your comment to the simple fact that you COMPLETELY misunderstood what was meant. Nah! That couldn't POSSIBLY be the answer.

I was reading some information on the best places for foreign investments and right now Pamama has zero tax for foreign investors. Does anyone know whether this is a safe place to invest or is the goverment there corrupt enough to steal it from you?

Actually...your figures are inccorect. It takes a 2/3 vote to override a veto. Not sure that kind of turnover is possible. Not IMPOSSIBLE (as nothing ever is) but not very likely.

You're only partially right:

To override a presidential veto, a supermajority vote of two-thirds of the voting members of each house, the House of Representatives and the Senate, is required. There are 435 voting representatives in the House. If all these representatives voted, it would take 2/3rds of 435 = 290 votes to override a veto. In the Senate, it also takes a 2/3rds of 100 members = 67 votes to override a veto. (But if only 90 actually voted, then it would take only 2/3 of 90 = 60 votes to override).

Assuming all members turn out to vote, 290 (House) + 67 (Senate) = 357 total votes are required to override a presidential veto.
