Adam, I seen in the news that the IMF upgraded the IQD from "Negative" to "Fair" on 14 Mar 17, citing their debt was lowered from 12% GDP to 8% GDP. Obviously this is positive, what are you tracking and your thoughts?

Nothing happens during Ramadan, middle of September now.

This old news but true Iraq implemented thier own customs agency about 6 months ago, Iraqi Dinar cannot be transported in or out of the country. They are currently implementing VISA requirements.

Interest is paid on June 30th and December 31st. Good call.

When the Iraqi customs closed the boards to the transfer of the physical IQD currency it was estimated that only about 10% of the physical IQD currency was outside of the country. The majority of Iraqi Dinar held by major holders is electronic. This was months ago look back through the archives or google the topic.

The small denominations are already available here in Iraq, just not used as they have no value.

Harry, I am sorry to about your job, not sure if this is something you would be interested in or not. I am in Iraq working in the IT industry. I know Fluer, KBR, and ITT Systems (GMASS) have all recently signed LOGCAP contracts (mechanics, welders, construction, electricians, etc.).
