I wonder why it's essential for the Summit? It seems like everyone wanted to have the Conference before the Summit except Malaki, I guess we'll see how this things pans out this week during the Summit.

And is it just me or does Talabani look like a jolly grandpa who you would find sitting in a rocking chair telling stories?

Maliki don't want the National Conference before the summit. National Conference gives us Erbil. Erbil takes away some of Maliki's power. Erbil gives us a power sharing government. We need Erbil for RV. Power sharing government with that we have the ministers (security). The 2 things Shabibi said he needs to RV that currency.
