What I wanted to know is do you think or can anyone give a good reason for them to post the rate so far in advance when they don't have too?

Question.....how long do you think it would actually take the IT people at Chase/BoA to post the rate on their system? I really don't believe they would have to do it months, weeks, days or even hours in advance. The information could be posted in a matter of minutes if not seconds. JMHO

Thanks for the head check Doc! When I bought dinar back in 2006 from Ali there either wasn't any forums like this or I didn't know about them anyway and life was much less stressful. All I would do is check the news page at Dinar Trade.....life was so simple back then . I am thankful for the forums though. I am a lot more educated now than I was back then. "Freebasing" the Dinar.....well I never!!!.......oops I'm sorry it said "re-basing".

Let's not make the assumption that the price of bread in Iraq will stay the same after rv...it will probably go up. Also remember we are exchanging our dinar for USD (we get rich because we live in the U.S.), they will not be exchanging for USD because USD are useless to the average Iraqi. The ones who will profit most in Iraq will be businessmen and oil tycoons because they are dealing with people, companies and others (with USD) outside side of Iraq. IMO
