HOWEVER, NOT BEING A NAYSAYER, CAN YOU PLEASE EXPLAIN ,AS BEST YOU CAN, WHY IRAQ WOULD RV AT ALL WITH A LARGE STASH OF FOREIGN CURRENCY THEY ADMIT THEY ARE HOLDING?. I KNOW THEY WILL HAVE TO AT SOME POINT IN TIME, BUT I DON'T SEE IT AS SOONER, I"M THINKING MORE LATER.AS ALWAYS I ENJOY YOUR OUTLOOK AND PERCEPTIONS ON THESE MATTERS.
