By any chance , Did you have a secret close meeting with the Governor of the cbi behind the scenes together with frankie boy , pimple , Markz , and the goat?

You're exactly right because everytime we have read the articles about " deleting 3 zeros " for almost 20 years , they have never implemented it at all.

I will be mostly happy with 1:1. But, I don't mind with $1.60 or $3.28 either as long as it is a straight RV , not RD + RV ( it is no no no ).

That's why I never believe everything they say until I really really see a rate change on the cbi site.

And we can't turn back time that we already miss as we get older when time moves forward.

What I mean is we lose a precious time without RV before , during and after ramadan almost every year.

Just wonder , " The Dinar is stronger ", is this sentences referring to Present time or Future time? Cause the rate is 1,310 on the cbi site at the Present time.

The job of dealers has to make as much profit as possible on the spread when they buy and sell iraq dinar to dinar investors everyday. And, the dealers hold a lot not to wait for the iqd to RV on purpose because dealers also don't know when this baby will pop one day. Therefore , dealer won't wait for the iqd to RV in order to make a profit. For example, if dealer has stocks of 100 million iqd only and there are some dinar investors want to buy all 100 million iqd today , what do you think the dealer should do? The dealer will definitely sell all 100 million iqd to them today at that time in order to make a profit on the spread. And , without a prior notice , tomorrow the Governor of the cbi suddenly RV the Iqd ( where noone knows and expect it ), who do you think makes a profit the most? A dealer or dinar investors?

May be the cbi will spread a fake news / rumors , like you know " deleting 3 zeros but the rate still remains the same ( no rate change ) ". Again , this is just my opinion as one of dinar holders. I really don't know exactly what the cbi is thinking in his brain. What we all want is just to RV the iqd and we all cash out and never look back and never hear about iraq forever again.

That's a good question. The cbi must be smart enough not to let the dinar holders load up on dinar. The Governor of the cbi has surely been preparing a grande plan for exit strategy definitely ( like plan A or plan B , etc ) to avoid dinar investors loading up on dinar once the rate start moving.

1.) Which dinar? Kuwaiti dinar or Iraq dinar? 2.) If you said if the dinar is going international , then why is the rate still 1,310 on the cbi site? Do you think when one country's currency goes international , the rate will change suddenly at the same time or it will take a long long time ( may be more than 1 year or a decade ) to change the rate?
