One of my biggest concerns when ……….”INTEL”……….is shared it can change at the blink of an eye. I can deal with this stress…….I’ve been doing it for over two years with you. But unfortunately some of us cannot. In the 3rd week of December I put away an article that I felt deep in my heart was proving to us that the CBI’s intentions to RD/LD in 2010 were still on schedule even if it was spilled into the beginning part of 2011. This article was from the CBI! This article clearly told us they still plan to increase the value of the IQD. It was a very long indepth article that was actually a financial report of Iraq. THEN ………a handful said that the article was promoting a LOP. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!! Even without sharing intel some magnify a tiny part that could possibly been mistranslated and throw a tantrum. I’m not used to that type of lack of discipline. If you were in a think tank or a war room or having a skull session……..I assure you no one would be so inconsiderate as to complain instead of contributing. For the very last time ………Iraq cannot LOP because the math behind it is impossible to even perform a LOP. Inflation must be tremendously high in order to adopt a LOP. Iraq’s is 3% ……….where is the logic in ignoring that? I can go on and on with so many more examples but it would be a waste of my time. Somebody called me yesterday that was angry that I put away this article and did not share it in December. Fascinating. What if I shared with you another article that I have saved? Would you treat it more constructively? Let’s try. Iraqi TV said that the finance minister has declared that parliament has the 2011 budget in front of them. (Team and I figure that they will consume this second week of January to do these committees.) Iraqi TV also declared a second reason for the delay of the completed GOI ……….they are saying that three pays have to be reduced before the GOI is fully announced. The pay of the Prime Minister……..President of Iraq………and the Speaker of the House all must have their income reduced. Yes you guessed it……….they need to form the proper committee to do this. Iraqi TV says and M and A are VERY CLOSE on all subjects. They reiterated that A’s new position also has to be approved. Iraqi TV reported that an individual was arrested at the borders today as he tried to cross over with 90 million dinars. Smuggling has become a business. It makes it sound so covert……….so mystical……..but it’s very simple……..they are working their honey buns off for the 10th. So they briefly mentioned lifting 000’s on TV……..that matches the lifting of 000’s articles that have been coming out since last Sunday. This is very good. This number has shrunk because they have collected 85% of their 000’s and have destroyed them. Frankie IMO the GOI will need the remaining 15% to run their banking systems after Sunday. If they RI on Sunday then they are back up to full capacity with their currency adjusting to the re-denomination with the LD’s. I like patterns and I like the fact that the M2 in 2010 backs up the 85% that has been lifted. That is a dramatic drop. This void of lifting the 000’s needs to be filled in with LD’s and a higher rate than 1170 in order for the 2011 budget to accomplish its goals this year. Also Frankie if you look at the last paragraph in the article that came out today about lifting the 000’s you will see where the IMF is saying that they want to help Iraq ………but they have to lift the 000’s. S needs to do the RD by giving M the rate because this will prove to the IMF that they did indeed obey and shredded the 85% that was collected. 000’s will still be acceptable along with the 00’s………..LD’s and fils. Good evening Family, It’s good to be with you again Family. Someone asked me Sunday why I was not posting any updates over the weekend the way I normally do on my thread. I laughed an said that it’s best to be silent right now because my Team and I have already laid out the procedures of what will happen in our opinion …….up to the 10th. We shared all this info on a very informative CC last Tuesday on the 28th of December. The caller playfully suggested that I should not be so reluctant in at least giving an update on what Iraqi TV is saying. Reluctant? LOL……..that is not in my character. I think he was trying to be polite and encouraging me not to be so cowardly ……..or chicken about sharing. IMO ……as I said we made ourselves very clear last week and I do not consider my silence GOLDEN over the weekend……….to be YELLOW. But for the sake of being polite……..let’s review what we said last Tuesday and then later I will tell you what Team reported and what DELTA has discovered on Iraqi TV today. Take note that what you read today ……..I have kept silent over the weekend. What you read today ……..you will see copied and pasted everywhere. What you read today……..MAY POSSIBLY answer your questions that you have been calling in to me. I politely turned you down on the phone because I do not represent anyone else’s intel but mine. So let’s get started. When we saw the Gazette tell us last week that the first reading of the ’11 budget would occur on the 10th ……..we knew it was missing some sentences. Our Team feels that this budget has already been read …..presented……twice already in front of the GOI. Therefore we believe that on the 10th it will be the third reading. Fulfilling the courtesy rendered to the rest of the world by announcing……..Hear ye Hear ye World Iraq has a new government and this is her budget for 2011……….and their currency will pay for this budget at this rate. We sincerely hope that “this rate” is an RI of 3.22 or an RV of 3.86 and not a continuing nightmare of 1170 for the nation of Iraq and her people. Tomorrow many of you think that the S cards have 250 dinars on them………THEY DON’T! S cards are like debit cards ………they will credit them for M’s qualified people. You see he promised them these grants a long time ago. So my Team and I are very interested to see how many dinars they put on them and “IF” they release a rate with it. May I ask you ……..when has the GOI ever met a deadline in 2010? Could they start a new pattern this year? If they release the S cards tomorrow and keep the rate at 1170 they should include a slap in the face for those that use the S card. But seriously…….when have you seen the GOI meet any deadline as I just asked? I will not be surprised to see them postpone yet once again the filling of the S cards ………until the 10th. Why? Because on the 9th…… parliament returns to the GOI to get to work. It just seems that on the 10th a lot of things could come together all at once. Why in the world would parliament go on vacation……..NOW!!! It’s not even their New Years. Did they do it because the Authors of The Plan ………are also on vacation so they might as well relax until they return? Could be. Or……..did parliament work like dogs for 9 months for the spoiled pinnacle of the GOI? Meriting them a well earned vacation? Before we leave this subject let me define what some of you are confused with………S cards vs. ration cards. I already defined the S cards so concerning ration cards…….if an Iraqi citizen makes less than 1250 dinars per month then they qualify for this ration card. They have to pay 250 dinars commission or fee or co-payment whatever word you want to use in order to get their food stamp money placed on these ration cards. Got it? This paragraph is getting too long let’s go to another one. The Gazette said that the budget reading on the 10th would be retroactive ……..but to what? Could it be retroactive to the 4th which is tomorrow when S cards could possibly reveal the RI rate? If nothing happens tomorrow…….could it be retroactive to the 1st when it is highly possible that S gave M the rate because there finally was an official Gazette announcement of a new government representing Iraq? Hmmm………S is no fool. He knows not all the banana peels were given on the final banana last 15th at the UNSC meeting. Hmmm………is S the bull dog for the Authors of The Plan? Well he’s no Chihuahua!!! Dogs don’t have to bark loud to make you do …….the right thing. For a long time I have been saying that the Kurds are in control. That chapter is over with. May I now introduce you to my first saying for the year……….”S is in control”. When you read an article about lifting the 000’s…….it comes from the CBI…….NOT FROM THE GOI!!! Most of November and the first week of December was used to tell Iraqis via their TVs that their currency was soon to go up in value. They defined the lifting of 000’s. Then for the last three weeks of December all we see on Iraqi TV is how M is seating his ministers to form the GOI. Over the weekend ……..I really feel that S finally accepted M’s neatly wrapped packaged called the GOI. Why? Because today once again we see the campaign to lift the 000’s hit center stage with today’s date as if the article was brand new. Once again they tell us today the importance of lifting the 000’s through the CBI articles!!! They are rehashing ………bringing back the SAME articles that they used from November and December to re-light the fire on today’s date. Wait until I tell you what Iraqi TV said about the 000’s. This pattern leaves my Team and I a trail wider than the Grand Canyon. Yes 8 to 9 months were wasted by M but I promise you S did not sit around twiddling his thumbs. He observed and kept silent. IMO……he created avenues……..back up scenarios that he could strategically apply once M announced the GOI. For those of you that say S is weak………it is possible that you have never been bitten by a Chihuahua. You know something Family ……..if I took all the evidence that my Team and I have compiled to a court of law……..asking the judge if it is enough to prove that the IQD is about to go up in value……..I feel strong that the judge would throw it out of court because it’s too obvious. By the way……..you watching the price of oil? Good……….me too. $92+……. reminds me of an inch worm. A caller asked me today if the Astrological events that are about to occur this week could bear any influence on the RI. I told him that astrology was born in this part of the world but there is quite a difference what the prophets studied vs how we interpret astrology today. Yes it would play a part ……..but with so many astrological events coming and passing already I believe it would only be a plus not a factor. Before I give you DELTA’s report I have to tell you that some are trying to contact him. He is not amused and has asked me for the week off. Both of us feel that there is not a lot to say until next Monday on the 10th. DELTA is my friend and I understand his desire to protect himself. Apparently………for this week only DELTA will not join me on our CC. I asked if I could record him and share it with you……..but I noticed that he felt uncomfortable. The pressure that the internet puts on people like DELTA and I causes us to be very sensitive. It’s difficult to know who to love and trust at times. For now allow me to share with you what Iraqi TV had to say to its people on the 3rd of January 2011. They too once again started beating the drum in the same exact manner that the CBI articles did today. Iraqi TV tells their people once again that their currency is about to go up in value because their 000’s are soon to be lifted. They told the people that they should all be VERY HAPPY because their economy and currency are coming back. They made this claim based on the fact that they are 100% free from CH7. (please keep in mind that this is what Iraqi TV said not my Team …….IMO they are 99.9% free of CH7) They told Iraqi citizens that their country is returning to the days before the war. (I believe they meant the conflict with KU) TV said they are a free nation that will be committed to international trade. TV talked of DFI funds in an interview where they defined Iraq’s ability to use these funds through the CBI that was still working with them on it. They briefly touched on SDR but not the rate. TV said CBI rate for the IQD will be going up. TV briefly mentioned Paris Club Debt and non Paris Club debt. (Team does not feel that this has any negative effect on the RI) TV said that Iraq does not get what it wants right now in international trade but that would change soon. DELTA and Team are asking for help on the GCC’s next meeting. TV did not speak of this and we cannot find the date. Anyone knowing the next GCC meeting ……..we would appreciate your help. Team says newspaper in Iraq reporting next GCC meeting will be the grand opening for Iraq to enter the Union. We need to follow this closer. In conclusion………DELTA said that today’s theme on TV was to constantly remind Iraqi citizens of their “happiness”. IMO based on what was reported to me I am left with the feeling that Iraqi TV today spoke ………….TO YOU AND ME. For a month and a half they prepared their citizens and warned them of what is about to happen to their currency. Today for the first time I see articles and the TV teaming up ……….to say the same thing……..to the world. On the last CC I suggested forum leaders to find Arabic speaking people and assign them to watch Iraqi TV just like my Team does. Some of your calls told me that this was done and they are reporting that lower denoms are coming out of ATM machines and banks. May I suggest that they get better interpreters. When I was told of this info I made calls very quickly and wasted my time. Then there was the rumor that lower denoms had to be printed because they ran out of them. No. In 2004 De La Rue was commissioned by the IMF to print the exact amount that was needed. If for some unknown reason they would require more they would simply be done in electronic money via cards and banks. I can keep talking do you want me to? I say to you, really ask yourself why, why am I getting so upset over this investment and lashing out at others. The answer to that is very simple, it’s because YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO BELIEVE YOURSELF. You know what, GOD tells us how to combat this behavior and it is straight out of the bible… God tells us in all things we do, we must have ears to hear and eyes to see. Do you know what this statement means to us? It means we must know for ourselves, it means you must study on your own to know for yourself. Without doing the work to know for yourself, when things don’t happen the way you perceive them to be, you take out your frustration on those that you listened to without doing your own studies. Look at it this way, you are a boat in the middle of the ocean. You have fuel, you have the keys, you have all the tools you need to make your boat go but you sit there waiting for someone to come along and tell you which way to go… Because your thoughts and their thoughts are surely different and chances are you don’t speak the same language. You follow his direction the best you can, because you really don’t know for sure. Finally you see land but when you get there, you find you are on the wrong continent. What happens, you are so mad at that person who had helped you that if you could find him, you are not sure what you would do to him but it wouldn’t be good. Is this his fault, the answer is no. If you had taken the time to study the direction and navigated your own course before you left, you would be right where you want to be… The problem with not taking the time to do your own study is this… If we were built like a computer or a robot this could be possible but we are not. We all have our own thoughts, our own ways to decipher things, our own methods of how we discern, our own outlook on things. Because of this, what makes sense to me may not make sense to you, but if we have studied individually, you would understand where I am coming from and I would understand where you are coming from. We still may disagree but we would be a lot closer to being on the same page… Now having said the above, I would be curious to know how many family members her at KTF have actually gone on their own and really studied the reasons for Currency Revaluation and the history of them. How many have really learned for themselves what the IMF is doing when they Peg a currency, or what SDR’s are, and what is a Currency Basket. I wonder how many have looked into why the IMF gave Iraq a program rate on the IQD and when. I wonder how many have actually looked into the history of The Paris Club and what it means to our investment. For those who have studied this, they understand and can share information with one another in a meaningful way. They jump from forum to forum and pick up what information fits into what they have studied and continue to draw an accurate picture of what is going on. For those who have not studied at all, you are like a sponge soaking up anything and everything that comes along. Conflicting or not you take it in because you don’t know and you hope that somewhere along the way it will make sense to you. What tends to happen then is there is so much in your sponge that it can’t hold anymore and now you are not sure what you know, what you have learned, what you have lost, or what you don’t know. Then when a date is thrown out there, you have absorbed it into your sponge with no clue if there is any merit to it or not.. all you know is that John Doe said it is so, so it must be. The date comes and goes and what happens? You find yourself stuck in Ground Hogs day repeating the same thing over and over. Your frustration is over the top, you want to lash out at anyone directly involved with the forums, especially the main leader, because you know it is their fault you see things the way you do. In conclusion, if you have truly studied this investment, you will know it is going to happen and at a minimum the IMF will take Iraq off of their program rate. You should already have studied the pre-programmed rate. If you have truly studied all of these things then you would know in an instant when someone posts an off the wall article, statement, or posts some ridiculous rate. Everything you need to know to prove to yourself this investment is real and will come to fruition and what the value of Iraq’s IQD was before the IMF stepped in and put them on a program rate. Go to Wikipedia, you can find all of the answers to the mechanisms of this and all of the past Currency Reinstatement or Re-Valuations. He made their currency stable by doing the auctions.. He's kept the inflation rate steady at single digits so we will have an RI or RV instead of a LOP He started bringing in the 000's to build up their reserves so they could RI by the end of the year and by doing this has put enough pressure on the GOI to stop dragging their feet and do something.. IMO - His strong ties to the UN, since he worked for them for 23 years was probably one of the main reasons along with the US that Iraq was able to be lifted out of most of the Chap 7 sanctions along with the UN's respect for what he's been able to do with nothing. You see without the efforts he made you probably would not have seen resolution 661 lifted that allows them to be an Internationally recognized Nation and without that we would all still be sitting on our thumbs waiting.. I know a lot of people want this now myself included but sometimes things just don't go as we would like. You see I've been in sales and marketing for a long time and I have learned over the years that deals don't always happen when you want them to and Big Deals like this never happen on time. I've had deals that took me over a year of effort to get closed but they were worth it when I did. Think back to when you bought a house or a car or any really major purchase I'll bet you there were some delays to the deal being done.
