But as the end buyer you are paying a fractional amount of the total shipping, you should not have to pay the difference between 1 pallet and 100 pallets, you should pay the difference between 1 pound and 10 pounds, only your portion of the total shippment.

Using USPS priority mail I can ship a box to any address in the US that is 12x12x6 and up to 70 pounds for around $13. I know people will say something about insurance, but in case you did not know, you cannot insure Dinar, if you think you can, try and make a claim with your shipping company. So the reason they charge more is because they can, they have trained everyone to pay more for something that is not worth more, it is just another way for them to increase profit.

Weight wise it would cost almost $3 or $4 more to ship the smaller bills so no way can that be it.

Who is the Certificate of Authenticity from? If it is from the company you got the Dinar from how could that mean anything, I could sell you some Dinar and make you COA to go with it, also do you have a COA for every bill?

I am not using the counter on the website, you can use a number of sites on the web to check the activity of other websites and the Warka website is ranked one of the lowest used sites on the net. I find this very strange for a "Bank" I would think long and hard before I sent them any of my money.
