When I was religious, I would probably have agreed with you Fly. But when you actually meet Jesus, you don't wonder if he's really involved with the world anymore. Of course he is. I encourage you to seek His heart about his love for you, and that he watches over his Word. The world is his and everything in it. He cares a lot more about this than you and I do. Do you care how it happens, how it affect people, and nations? Do you care that as many people as possible are guided to His Son before/during/after RV? If you could design how it happens and who "gets credit" wouldn't you? Don't you tink God cares just a little bit more than you and me?

Certainly God is involved in this. Of course he is. Who other than an atheist would imagine he is not? Surely he has a plan in it. The world is the Lord's and everything in it. If China does indeed force and control the RV, then I will stand corrected. But I do not believe the power over Iraq's national welfare is given to a family in China. To imagine that God has nothing to do with all of this is akin to saying he is not concerned. He cares about everything that concerns us as you know. If you believe that man is not restrained or guided at all by God, for His Name's sake, how do you explain what he did with Nebuchadnezzar, or Pharaoh, or anything or anyone else? I don't believe we all just run willy nilly around the planet. There are promises and prophesy that he must keep, and I don't believe China is given control of the RV. That's the way I see it and since I know God is intimately and deeply involved with and concerned for the welfare of nations and people, surely he cares how this goes down.

Again No one has cashed in. There are no #800 numbers no groups that you have to get in....... Please if you want to quit going up and down on a Roller Coaster Ride you will need to understand this is just an RV or RI which ever you want to call it with Iraq..... there is no Global event No Treasurey notes to Print..... That is why Iraq is doing exactly what they want on this RV.... and why Obama can slow it down..... One of the reasons I waited so long was I know a lot of people had multiple reasons for it not happening and then it was suppose to happen by now... Hence the Roller Coaster...... If you want to chase articles then just look for the ones that say they will pay salaries or Kurds..... and then we wait to see if that actually happens....... Well some articles finally came out about the kurds. Do not worry about the budget because they will not open it until the RV so following the Budget is not a great plan.....Remember they passed 4 budgets and as of yet opened one. So a window will open Sun evening until the middle of Feb.... I know it is a little large window but many things are happening on the inside that could make it go fast or slower.... but just relax... check the cbi.iq.... when it RV's whether it is now or later I will send out letter from another site and Personal email..... There is pressure for it to come out because the Military which everyone needs to fight ISIS are not hanging in there not being paid..... so Obama has been having issues on money...for that and since the US does not have the money then Iraq who has the money with the RV is sitting waiting on Obama to let them do this thing..... Again do not ask how one person can stop the RV............ WE OWN IRAQ so what ever US says "OBAMA" that what Iraq tries to do. IT is very hard on them to defy US.......... So there is now a window and After we RV just thank the Lord for being able to hang in.... Oh I did hear rumors about me... In a nutshell, the theory that China has the power to force the RV is as follows: They have so much wealth, they can buy dinar from people at the rate of $3+. Why? So that they have leverage. This is where the top secret Reno phenomena comes into play. WF, being owned partially by the Dragon family, will be used to facilitate the private purchase of he whales' IQD. The dinar-poorest whale has 2-3 billion IQD or so I have been told. This would "force" the RV because once the Dragon familia has put value to the IQD, the CBI would have to catch up. Again- I grasp this in theory, but I do not at all believe that this is God's plan. And if it is outside of His plan, it ain't gonna happen.

The Dragon family is supposed to be the Chinese power to which the RV is supposedly responsible. When you've heard the 'It's not up to Iraq! It's up to China!' stuff, this is what they're talking about. I've heard the explanation for it and I can track with it. I understand the perspective. But I don't personally believe that God has decided that it's up to the Chinese so it's academic to me.

American policymakers are aware of this but have decided that the moral hazard of supplying an Iraqi army that in turn supplies Shi'ite militias pales in comparison to the dangers of another ISIS blitz. "The flawed Iraqi security forces are unable to fight Islamic State without the aid of the militias, who are often trained and sometimes commanded by officers from Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Corps. And yet, if the U.S. stopped sending arms to the Iraqi military, things would get even worse, with IS overrunning more of the country and committing human-rights horrors on a broader scale. This does not at all surprise me. In 2013 they finally passed that budget but never opened or disbursed it. Then 2014 rolls in and they never agreed on that one, and decided to scrap that year all together and start on 2015 (back in 2014). 2015 is now here and they are still reading and talking about it. I am with the rest of you and the citizens of Iraq, it is about time to stop talking and start voting and help get this country back on track with the goals they seek to accomplish. They can pass all the laws they want and make all of the monetary reforms they want, but unless their rate changes, it is all for nothing. This will never get done unless they do more voting and less discussing this like a bunch of (whatever). If you recall, I did say back in 2014 that the first quarter of 2015 they may get this done. All we can do as investors is sit back and wait. Wishing it more and more will do nothing to make it happen any faster. Stay safe.
