I agree. I've never been on a cruise before and I'd love to do one but being raised on a farm back in the 50's and 60's, I learned from my Grandpa, "Never count the chicks before they hatch." (Found out later he's not the one that came up with that saying) Anyway, you get my point.

Because that's the way the majority of these people are now a days. They act like they're doing YOU a favor because you do business there. There is NO SUCH THING as "customer service" anymore. They're only there to get their paychecks so they can party on the weekend! I miss the mom and pop stores of the past when customer SERVICE meant just that! Don't let em get to you. I had a guy treat me like I was bothering him one time in a store I was shopping in, because he was talking on the phone to his girlfriend and I just needed some help. I was patient for a couple of minutes and then ask him again. He said to me, "Hey man can't you see I'm on the phone?!".........I got him fired! He didn't know his boss was a good friend of mind. Anyway, you run into rude people everywhere anymore because everything's about THEM and they don't have time for you. Just stay calm and grounded and don't listen to stupid people. By the way, my bank, when I walk in the door the VP at her desk says hello to me and knows me by NAME and so do the tellers! Not something you find everyday. GO RV!!
